Hi! I am Bruce Wayne McLellan, your devoted servant, and sherpa on this journey we call life.
I am a veteran leadership coach with 18+ years of experience enhancing personal leadership for people. My burning aspiration is to make a better world for our great-grandchildren by doing for adults what Mr. Rogers did for children.
I am the host and executive producer of the One Kind Word, One Kind Moment, and the Enduring Wonder podcasts. My relevant experience includes thirty years in Corporate America as an IT consultant, a lifetime of mindfulness practice, nine days living on a mountain in Tanzania, Africa, summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro. I love my family and am a friend to all. And I remain a grateful and humble citizen of our little blue planet.
By integrating knowledge gleaned from a broad spectrum of thought leaders, by looking for the best in people, and by challenging our basic assumptions, I am humbled and honored to serve as an inspirational and versatile catalyst for personal and organizational transformation by innovating solutions designed to enhance lives, businesses, and society.
I have spent the last two decades helping people answer basic questions about life. We all need answers to important questions like, "What is my highest priority? In what ways should I invest my time? Where should I focus? In what areas should I develop my potential?" And perhaps most pointedly, "how do I create a good life, a life worth living?"
My top core values include Wellbeing: Being my best allows me to do my best. Welcoming: Unconditionally accepting who you are and who you may become. Mindfulness: Paying attention as if my life depended upon it. Imagination- Envisioning and re-envisioning a better world. Mastery- Passionately seeking lifelong learning through rethinking my assumptions.
I have worked with extraordinary and everyday people at every stage of life. I have worked with young men and women aspiring to be world-class classical guitarists, dancers, authors, athletes, and more. I have worked with mid-life entrepreneurs and career-driven achievers to help remove obstacles to success. I have worked with retired men and women who want to understand who they are now that no longer have a title. And I have worked with society's elders who wish to be better spouses and create better lives for every moment they have left.
