Bruce Wayne McLellan does for adults what Mr. Rogers did for children - helping them rekindle their sense of joy, playfulness, and wonder.
His burning aspiration is to make a better world for our great-grandchildren by helping people realize their boundless promise. He has spent the last two decades helping people answer basic questions about life. He has worked with extraordinary and everyday people at every stage of life. Bruce is a veteran leadership coach with 18+ years of experience enhancing personal leadership for people.
We all need answers to important questions like, "What is my highest priority? In what ways should I invest my time? Where should I focus? In what areas should I develop my potential?" And perhaps most pointedly, "how do I create a good life, a life worth living?"
Bruce has coached young women and men aspiring to be world-class classical guitarists, dancers, authors, athletes, and more. He has guided mid-life entrepreneurs and career-driven achievers to help remove obstacles to growth. He has led retired women and men who want to remember their worth post-retirement. And he has worked with elders who wish to create better lives and relationships with every precious moment left.
His relevant experience includes thirty years in Corporate America as an IT consultant, a lifetime of mindfulness practice, nine days living on a mountain in Tanzania, Africa, summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro. He loves his family and is a friend to all. And he remains a grateful citizen of our little blue planet.
By integrating knowledge gleaned from a broad spectrum of thought leaders, by looking for the best in people, and by challenging our basic assumptions, I am humbled and honored to serve as an inspirational and versatile catalyst for personal and organizational transformation by innovating solutions designed to enhance lives, businesses, and society.
